Bookings
A booking is confirmed once you accept our written quote and pay any required deposit. Prices are in Kenyan Shillings unless stated otherwise.
Payments
We accept M-Pesa, bank transfer and cash. Full payment terms are provided with your quote.
Cancellations
Cancellation policies vary by service (safari lodges, park fees, vehicles). Specific terms are included in your booking confirmation. Contact us as early as possible if plans change.
Liability
Wildlife viewing and travel involve inherent risks. We work with licensed operators and insured vehicles where applicable. Clients are responsible for adequate travel insurance.
Itinerary changes
We may adjust routes or timing due to weather, park conditions or safety. We will communicate changes promptly and offer alternatives where possible.
